Job Description and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and growth for Amazon's gadgets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to align objectives and partner on high-velocity sales events. Your key responsibilities will include:

Creating and presenting reports to senior management on overall marketing strategy, including multiple traffic channels for the largest promotional events for Amazon gadgets sales
Collaborating with different cross-organization partners to align objectives and partner on high sales velocity events
Developing and executing comprehensive project management plans across multiple stakeholders and identifying the critical path for perfect execution to deliver objectives
Diving into metrics and analyzing insights gained from events to form hypotheses for further assessment and process improvement opportunities
Designing tests and analyzing results to optimize future events and improve customer shopping experiences
Managing prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support load
Building buy-in for customer experiences and objectives both inside and across key partners
Proactively identifying and resolving issues that might undermine the team's ability to meet key, financial, and technical objectives


Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

4+ years of professional non-entry-level marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience driving go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

In addition to these essential qualifications, you will need to have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
