Position Overview: Full-time or part-time availability 1099 contract position with flexibility Caseload tailored to your schedule Potential for contract renewal for the next school year Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one virtual counseling to support students' academic, social, and emotional well-being. Assist students in setting and achieving personal and academic goals. Develop and implement individualized counseling plans tailored to each student's needs. Offer guidance on college and career planning, including college applications, financial aid, and career exploration. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students receive comprehensive support. Assisting with district testing. Assisting students with planning and meeting academic goals. Mental Health counseling as needed. Qualifications: Valid State Certification in School Counseling. Previous experience as a school counselor, preferably in a virtual or remote setting. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in virtual counseling platforms and tools.
