Virtual Sales Agent (for Japanese applicants)

Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage and close inbound and outbound sales calls, effectively engaging with potential clients and leads.
ā¢ Conduct virtual consultations, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products/services to customers.
ā¢ Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
ā¢ Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress, update customer profiles, and report on performance metrics.
ā¢ Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions, driving business growth.
ā¢ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product updates, and sales techniques.
ā¢ Provide exceptional virtual customer service, ensuring client issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Required Qualifications:
ā¢ 5+ years of tele sales or virtual sales agent experience.
ā¢ Must be available to work in US time zone.
ā¢ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills, with a focus on persuasion and relationship-building.
ā¢ Strong ability to manage customer objections and provide effective solutions.
ā¢ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
ā¢ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Previous experience working in a virtual or remote sales team.
ā¢ Knowledge of digital sales tools and strategies (e.g., email marketing, social media sales).
ā¢ Background in handling sales in the healthcare industry.
