We have a unique opportunity for a Virtual Nurse to join our team as we implement a new patient care model that leverages technology to provide additional support to our staff while also improving patient experience.As a Virtual Nurse, you will utilize your clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the principles of case management and adult education to coordinate, implement and support a plan of care that meets the patient's needs and ensures a seamless, effective, and efficient transition of care.
