Description:
We are looking for a part-time Receptionist/Patient Representative excited about creating a high quality patient-experience and contributing to the smooth operations of a growing women's health practice. The ideal candidate is outgoing and detail-oriented and has strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges with empathy and creativity.
What you will do:
Manage administrative phone triage including scheduling support, answering patient questions and escalating to appropriate person.
Book patients for appointments based on forwarded messages and/or real time booking requests
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree OR a High School Diploma/GED and 2 years relevant experience in the healthcare field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Detail oriented and well organized with a strong work ethic
Strong computer skills
Familiarity with EMRs preferred
