HIRING For : Remote Receptionist inside our clients Base + commission.No experience needed (no cost full training provided)100% remote – work from anywhere Base + 25$ per qualified appointment set Opportunity for additional commissions Opportunity for growth to the Head of Client Setter team No cold calls, no hard selling – just answering the phone for our clients. when our clients have leads/ prospects call in, qualifying them, and booking them on our clients calendars. If a lead for our client fills out a form, calling them asap to qualify and get them booked. We have a mobile app so can do this from anywhere, all thats needed from there is update slack and update the crm from your phone with any associated information. That's it :) We work with in-home senior care agencies. The purpose of this role is to answer the phones, qualify, and book appointments for our clients. The majority of these calls are from old people who need help at home. So being able to know how to talk to people, being comforting and helpful, then booking them onto our client's calendar for assessment and care. Update the client's CRM every day so all data is clean and organized for our Ads team to use to improve the client's results. We will train in the industry, on how to qualify, and how to use the tools (there's only 2-3 tools used slack , ghl , trello and they are all provided for you )There are additional bonuses for this position if kpis are met. Must be available to answer the phone Must enjoy helping people Must be organized and accountable Must be reliable.if you have experience in the medical field or dealing with seniors and understand how in home senior care works, this is a plus but not mandatory . We have setter meetings through out the week, you will be working and training directly with me and our service delivery team.The important aspects of this role, are being organized. Answering calls as soon as they come in. knowing the companies information, acting as an advisor asking questions to help these seniors make the decision that they need additional help .
