About Our Program

We are a small, community-based ABA program serving young learners and families across Ohio. Our clinic has operated for nearly five years with a strong emphasis on safety, ethical practice, and relationship-based care..

We serve families who often navigate systemic barriers such as long waitlists, transportation challenges, and limited access to related services. Our approach prioritizes meaningful progress, dignity, and collaboration over compliance-driven or corporate models.

• Monitor learner progress using data-driven decision making

• Ensure documentation and compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements
• Provide constructive, supportive feedback to staff that promotes growth and confidence

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio Behavioral Analyst license (required)
• Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
