Job description: Virtual Officeware (VOW)is an athenahealth MSO providing full range of athenaOne services including implementation application support and end to end billing. We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our RCM Services team within our athenaOne Division. This is a remote position with a salary range of $34,000 - $41,000.
Summary of Position
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering all provider chargers within the athenaOne system. The incumbent will provide data entry support to the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
• Data entry including:
• Provider Charges
• Modifier additions
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Strong time management skills
• Detail oriented focusing on accuracy and efficiency
• 2 Years Athena and/or Centricity
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with full cycle provider billing process
• Professional demeanor
• Organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Dependability – daylight hours Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Ability to use company approved technology tools
• High volume medical billing experience preferred
• Experience working within the athenaOne platform preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
