Responsibilities

ā¢ Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts and maximize lead generation effectiveness.
ā¢ Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills while addressing inquiries and providing information about our products and services.
ā¢ Leverage negotiation skills to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections during calls.
ā¢ Maintain knowledge of industry trends, technology sales, and competitor offerings to enhance conversations with prospects.
ā¢ Work closely with the business development team to identify target markets and refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
ā¢ Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
ā¢ Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
ā¢ Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
ā¢ Demonstrated ability in negotiation and closing techniques within a sales context.
ā¢ Experience in technical sales or technology-related fields is a plus.
