As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with the person served to provide coaching, supervision, and role-modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, and/or assistance with personal cares. Qualifications What We Look For: • Must be at least 18 years old • Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities • Valid Driver's License and consistent access to a vehicle is required • Good communication is key in this role. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
