Create impactful messaging and content to effectively communicate Conduent's value proposition to target audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing efforts. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics to track the success and impact of marketing initiatives. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate Conduent's marketing strategies. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute effective sales enablement tools and initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Continuously evaluate and improve Conduent's marketing processes and procedures. Represent Conduent at industry events and conferences to promote the company and its offerings. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to marketing and advertising. Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for Conduent's values, mission, and goals.
