No Experience Needed: We provide all the training you need to succeed, so previous sales experience is not required.
Coachability and Passion: We seek individuals who are eager to learn, passionate about helping others, and committed to maintaining integrity and honesty.
Technical Requirements: A smartphone, computer, printer/scanner (or an app that can scan), and a valid driver's license.
Legal Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and able to pass a background check (no felonies). A state life insurance license is required or must be obtained (we provide assistance with this).
Your Role
As a field underwriter, you will:
Connect with Homeowners: Follow up with leads from interested homeowners who have requested protection coverage.
Set Appointments: Arrange and conduct in-home consultations to review information and present coverage options that meet their needs and budget.
Earn Generous Commissions: Average commissions of $500-600 per family with the potential to sell multiple protection plans each week. We also offer training on a variety of products such as accidental policies, child protection, and critical illness.
