Virtual Estate Planning/Estate Administration Paralegal
We are looking for a fully remote experienced estate planning and/or estate administration & probate paralegal with strong writing and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail is a must. Ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of recent experience handling estate planning, estate admin and/or probate matters from start to finish in one or more of the following states: GA, FL, CA, WI, IN, NC, MN, MD, VA or IL. We estimate 10-25 hours per week to start to increase quickly.
We are looking for candidates who are tech savvy and able to pick up new software quickly.
• Experience in multiple states/jurisdictions/practice areas is also huge plus.
• Must be dependable, a self-starter, organized, and able to jump in right away to work on projects.
• We also need paralegals who know how to handle multiple projects and personalities at once.
• While we can train on systems and software, we do not have time to train on estate planning basics.
• Experience with guardianships and conservatorships also highly preferred.
