Operations/Data Entry Associate - Remote
Lorhan Corporation Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations/Data Entry Associate to support internal operations and client project delivery. The role is instrumental in maintaining data accuracy, operational efficiency, and seamless collaboration across distributed teams. Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and client platforms
ā¢ Validate, audit, and reconcile datasets to ensure consistency and integrity
ā¢ Generate and maintain operational reports using Excel and other reporting tools
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Recruiting, Operations, and Client Services
ā¢ Support workflow tracking, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
ā¢ Assist with onboarding documentation and data management for client projects
Required Qualifications
ā¢ 0ā2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or administrative support
ā¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, data organization)
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Experience with CRM systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
ā¢ Familiarity with IT staffing or consulting environments
ā¢ Basic understanding of data reporting or data analysis concepts
