Virtual Donor Recruitment and Scheduling Representative

Job Summary The American Red Cross is seeking a dedicated Virtual Donor Recruitment and Scheduling Representative to join our mission-driven team. In this remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential and existing blood donors, ensuring seamless communication, appointment scheduling, and recruitment efforts. Your work will directly support life-saving blood donations and the operational success of our Biomedical Services. This position is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, empathetic, and motivated to make a meaningful impact from a virtual environment.
