Virtual Customer Services Agent (Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Proactively identify and connect with prospective clients through various outreach methods.
ā¢ Conduct thorough needs assessments via phone or video consultation to understand client objectives and concerns.
ā¢ Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our available planning solutions and services.
ā¢ Present tailored recommendations designed to meet identified client needs.
ā¢ Guide interested clients through the application and enrollment process with accuracy and efficiency.
ā¢ Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
ā¢ Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support as needed.
ā¢ Meet and exceed established activity and performance targets.
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using provided systems.
ā¢ Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends (training provided).
Qualifications:
ā¢ Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
ā¢ Strong consultation and active listening skills.
ā¢ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to operate independently.
ā¢ Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve measurable results.
ā¢ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
ā¢ Comfortable utilizing technology, including CRM software, video conferencing, and standard office applications.
ā¢ Previous experience in customer service, consulting, client relations, or business development is beneficial.
Compensation & Structure:
ā¢ This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
ā¢ Compensation is 100% performance-based commission.
ā¢ Offers uncapped earning potential directly tied to your results and client enrollments.
