What You'll Be Doing:
• Handle pre-qualified, inbound leads (no cold calling required)
• Use a step-by-step phone script to educate clients and recommend insurance products
• Provide exceptional virtual customer service and follow-up
• Submit applications electronically and manage client info in CRM
• Attend weekly training and coaching sessions to grow your skills
What We're Looking For:
• Active life insurance license (required)
• Background in customer service, inside sales, or call center roles preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a service-first mindset
• Ability to follow a script and stay organized in a remote environment
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong follow-through
