Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work in a private, distraction-free environment
Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email
Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
Background in the medical field or related industry
