As part of the Digital/Telehealth team, assist BILH health care providers with identifying and treating mental health and substance abuse disorders by providing individual and group therapy. Collaborate with the BILH care providers using behavioral health screenings to identify level of care, resources and treatment planning. Provide telehealth therapy, using a range of evidence-based treatment modalities. Job Description: Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities: β€’ Review medical record prior to initial evaluation to familiarize self with patient's history in order to perform a thorough, quality assessment. β€’ Exercise knowledge from medical record, screening form and patient presentation, to assess patient for behavioral health disorders and the continuum of substance use disorders, including use, abuse and/or dependence. β€’ Utilize clinical skills in evidence-based treatment approaches such as: CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Problem-Solving Therapy, Supportive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems IFS). β€’ In collaboration with the BILH care team, design behavioral health treatment plan of care based on patient needs and overall assessment. β€’ Implement strategy to meet the education needs of the patient/family/others as it relates to psychological health and/or substance use. β€’ Complete all clinical documentation (intake packets, termination/transfer, billing sheets, insurance forms etc.) within expected timeframes and in compliance with organization policies. Documentation must meet quality standards established by regulatory bodies and the agency. β€’ Adhere to all organization, federal and state regulations, guidelines and/or contractual obligations. β€’ Knowledge of or ability to learn insurance standards for both commercial insurances and Mass Health products. β€’ Develop supervision plan with program director and meet on a regular basis to discuss clinical, organizational, and agency issues and review performance. β€’ Build and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, patients, visitors, external providers, regulatory bodies, and the broader health care community. β€’ Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data at all times. β€’ Other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION: β€’ Master's degree in Social Work or other directly-related Human Service discipline. β€’ Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) required. β€’ Must reside in state of MA. β€’ Flexibility: Ability to provide leadership, accept responsibility, work independently and set own goals in a professional manner. Access to a private and secure workspace for the majority of every workday. Ability to exercise good judgment clinically, legally, and ethically and to consult with supervisor as needed. β€’ Good oral and written communication. Pay Range: $78,228.80 USD - $95,368.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
