Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about our luxury products and services.
Assist customers with their orders, including tracking, returns, and any concerns they may have.
Ensure a positive customer experience by actively listening and providing effective solutions.
Document interactions in our customer management system for future reference and improvement.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and encouraging work atmosphere.
Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism during all interactions.
No previous experience is required; all training will be provided.
Fluency in English is necessary; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
Strong desire to help customers and resolve their issues effectively.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage your time well.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone systems are beneficial.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace is essential.
