Looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support ongoing projects. Must be tech-savvy, proactive, and able to streamline workflows. Weβre seeking someone ambitious who wants to grow their career, deepen their skills, and increase their income over time.
β Responsibilities:
- Manage and update Asana boards for tasks & content pipelines
- Build and maintain Zapier automations
- Support funnel management (emails, landing pages, tags, tracking)
- Oversee digital content workflow (draft β edit β publish β promote)
- Provide executive calendar support and proactive scheduling
Skills Required:
- Strong Asana experience
- Zapier / workflow automation
- Familiar with funnel management tools (Kajabi, Skool, or similar)
- Digital content pipeline management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Part-time to start (5β10 hrs/week) with potential to expand
