The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on onboarding potential teachers and matching applicants to specific school needs, while actively communicating with candidates to facilitate their placement in teaching roles. Responsibilities Calling teachers signing up for Zen Educate to quickly qualify, assess preferences, and schedule them in for interviews if they meet our criteria Conducting initial phone interviews with applicants to assess their suitability for our open roles Gaining a deep understanding of candidates' preferences while identifying the most suitable position Building value and excitement around Zen Educateโ€™s mission and how we support in finding them the perfect role Helping guide candidates through our screening and document collection process, and diligently following up with candidates that need support throughout Building urgency and excitement when speaking with applicants to get them started with Zen Educate as soon as possible Working in a fast paced and ever changing startup environment that requires flexibility and adapting to change Skills Experience in customer service or sales (tech sales or recruitment experience a strong asset) Dedicated to conducting proactive outreach to educators daily Must be an independent and self-motivated worker Strong written and oral communication skills Comfortable with technology including Google suite Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Benefits 18 days PTO (15 days flexible, 3 days over Christmas) Extended benefits package that includes full health, drugs, dental, and vision coverage Company Overview Zen Educate is an online platform to connect supply teachers with openings in schools.
