Join the leading online continuing education program for certified Pilates teachers worldwide. We are looking for a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our growing business. This part-time, remote role (10-15 hours per week) is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying highly organized, and leveraging digital platforms to maximize efficiency. What Youll Be Handling:
?? Kajabi Management Landing pages, events, forms, emails, and website updates.?
?? Scheduling & Client Tracking Acuity scheduling, session tracking, and Google Docs updates.?
?? Admin & Organization Data entry, email communication, and Asana task management.?
?? Content & Marketing Support Canva graphics, basic video editing (Instagram Reels & promo content).?
?? Facebook Ads (experience required).
What Were Looking For:
? 2+ years of Virtual Assistant experience (required)?
? 2+ years of Kajabi experience (required) Must have assisted with online courses before
? Highly tech-savvy and quick to learn new digital tools?
? Proficiency in Google Workspace?
? Familiarity with Asana (or similar work management platform)?
? Basic video editing skills (Instagram Reels & simple editing tools)?
? Canva experience for graphics and presentations?
? Facebook Ads Manager experience (required)?
? Bonus if you have experience with Zoom, Toggl, or Fireflies AI?
? Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
