Rental Property Listing Data Entry Specialist

Job Overview PurePM, a forward-thinking property management company, is seeking a meticulous and highly organised Rental Property Listing Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately creating and maintaining our portfolio of rental property listings across various online platforms. This is a crucial role that ensures our properties are presented professionally and accurately to attract potential tenants. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work independently while being an integral part of our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities • Accurately input, update, and manage property information, including rental prices, availability, property features, and detailed descriptions, in our internal database and on external listing websites. • Perform regular quality assurance checks on existing listings to ensure all data is current, consistent, and free from errors. • Upload and organise high-quality photographs and other digital media for each property listing, ensuring they meet company standards. • Collaborate with property managers to gather all necessary information and clarify any discrepancies. • Maintain organised and up-to-date digital records of all property listings and related data. • Adhere to strict deadlines and company guidelines for data entry and listing management. Qualifications and Skills • Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or similar role requiring a high level of accuracy. • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity. • Excellent computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and data management software. • Fast and accurate typing skills are essential. • Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Excellent written communication skills in English. • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Previous experience in the property management or real estate sector is highly desirable but not essential.
