Virtual Assistant – TikTok Shop & Affiliate Support
This is a remote position. WFH | Part-Time | PST (Pacific Standard Time)Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our client’s TikTok Shop operations and affiliate system. This role involves handling behind-the-scenes tasks, engaging with customers and affiliates, and managing key administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and familiar with TikTok and affiliate workflows.Key Responsibilities: • Manage and support TikTok Shop backend tasks, including order tracking and customer updates. • Coordinate with influencers and affiliates, ensuring proper onboarding, communication, and performance tracking. • Follow up on customer reviews and feedback, and escalate issues when necessary. • Respond to inquiries and comments across platforms in a timely and professional manner. • Assist in various admin-related tasks such as data entry, file organization, and scheduling. • Maintain records related to affiliate programs, promotions, and product reviews. • Support content-related tasks (if needed) such as basic video uploads, links, and descriptions. Qualifications: • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote support role. • Familiarity and experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Tech-savvy and able to manage multiple tools/platforms efficiently.
