Summary
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant /Social Media Assistant to join our team at British Swim School. This role is essential in supporting our mission by managing administrative tasks efficiently and effectively, allowing us to focus on providing exceptional swimming education.
Responsibilities - What You’ll Be Doing Initially:
• Create engaging social media posts for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook
• Write captions using ChatGPT or other AI tools
• Design graphics and reels with Canva or CapCut
• Update blog posts and manage basic SEO
• Connect info across platforms (blog, email, social media, CRM)
• Assist with customer communications + light lead follow-up
Opportunity for Growth & Additional Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Sales
• Handle communication via email and phone with parents
• Provide customer service support to address inquiries or concerns.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a virtual assistant or social media manager role.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
• Excellent computer literacy with familiarity in office management software.
• Strong English-speaking communication skills, both written and verbal.
