Virtual Assistant – Part-Time (Flexible Hours) – $4/hour – Long-Term Opportunity
I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with ongoing tasks in my online coaching and hairdressing business. This is a part-time role to start, paid $4/hour, with potential to grow into more hours and responsibilities.
Tasks may include:
• Managing emails and scheduling
• Organizing files in Google Drive
• Creating simple graphics in Canva
• Updating spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
• Supporting course launches (Kajabi, email campaigns, etc.)
• Social media post scheduling
• Other admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new systems (Kajabi, Canva, Google Workspace, Monday.com – training provided)
• Reliable internet; available for weekly check-ins
• Positive, proactive attitude
Payment & Hours:
• $4/hour to start
• Flexible hours; weekly payment via Upwork
• Initial trial: 2–4 weeks
