In our process we have video to video calls with our customers, where customers are performing tasks from our guidebook.
We need a freelancer to join such calls and help to make sure customer is following all required steps.
Steps are very simple and well-defined, but we need attention to details.
There will be some presentations too, so for the work you need a computer with webcam and mic. Joining from phone or tablet will not work, do not apply if you don't have a computer or not willing to join video to video calls.
Our customers are mostly college or university students, so we prefer candidates, who are students themselves with at least minimally filled profile with a photo. If your profile has no photo, very likely we will not even consider it.
Each call is about 20 minutes, we pay contract amount for each such call.
Before proceeding to the contract, we will perform 1-minute technical test to ensure you meet the requirements
• stable internet connection
• computer (not a mobile device) with working webcam and mic
