What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical direction, guidance, and support for architectural development across multiple technology disciplines
- Facilitate the creation of architectural blueprints and ensure projects are designed within approved enterprise standards
- Coordinate communication to management and teams regarding project development, strategy, and goals
- Mentor and provide direction for less experienced staff
- Lead project teams effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Seven to nine years of experience in specialized technology architectural design process
- Ten or more years of experience across technology disciplines
- Advanced technical expertise in architectural design, development, and implementation
- Thorough understanding of enterprise architectural blueprint requirements

- Experience in system integration and business process modeling
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead project teams
