You will help develop and grow the Impactree Foundation Programs including the Impact APP Challenge which empowers High School students to come up with and launch the next great social or environmental impact APP and gain critical skills they will need to be the future changemakers. You can learn more at https://www.impactree.org/appchallenge/. You will also support the CataCap program empowering Foundations to support cutting edge environmental and social ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Onboarding Support

You’ll work directly with inspiring entrepreneurs and their ventures to ensure their investment listings are complete, compelling, and ready to launch. This includes reviewing submissions, gathering any missing materials, editing content, and finalizing the live investment pages on the platform.

Donor & Investor Experience

You’ll play a key role in supporting donors and investors by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience as they contribute to high-impact ventures.

Email & Communications

You’ll help craft clear and engaging email communications to support onboarding, campaign milestones, matching fund opportunities, and follow-ups. You’ll also assist with timely updates to investment owners and funders.

Internal Reporting & Tracking

You’ll help track platform activity—monitoring new donations, investments, and campaign performance—and assist in maintaining internal dashboards and reporting tools.

While not required, the following experience would be a huge plus and help you hit the ground running:

- Experience working in the investment sector, venture capital, or with angel investors

- Experience working with foundations, donor-advised funds (DAFs), family offices, or high net worth individuals (HNWIs)
