**Experienced Dental Customer Service Representative – Pacific or Eastern Time Zone**

As the face of blithequark, you will impact members' service experience by manner of how customer service inquiries and problems are resolved via telephone. You will engage, consult, and educate members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of blithequark plans, tools, and resources to help guide them along a clear path to care. **Responsibilities:** • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via telephone, demonstrating empathy and compassion in a transaction-based environment. • Engage with members to understand their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of blithequark plans, tools, and resources. • Educate members on their plan benefits, Aetna policy, and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines. • Create an emotional connection with our members by understanding and engaging them to the fullest to champion for their best health. • Take accountability to fully understand the member's needs by building a trusting and caring relationship with the member. • Anticipate customer needs and provide related information to answer unasked questions. • Use customer service threshold framework to make financial decisions to resolve member issues. • Explain member's rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract. • Educate providers on our self-service options. • Advocate for the member to take them out of the middle, resolving billing conflicts. **Training Schedule:** Our training schedule is as follows: - 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Central Daylight Time (CDT) **Post-Training Work Schedule:** - 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Pacific or Eastern Daylight Time zone based on where you live) **Requirements:** • Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate. • Experience in a production environment. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications. **Preferred Qualifications:** • Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment. • Knowledge of dental plans and benefits. • Bilingual or multilingual skills. • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. **Skills and Competencies:** • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications. • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At blithequark, we're committed to fostering a workplace where every colleague feels valued and that they belong.
