Were currently seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our growing content and operations. This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment and is excited to work behind the scenes to bring ideas to life. What You'll Do • Manage and schedule content across two social media platforms • Repurpose podcast and event content into reels, carousels, and quotes • Write engaging, on-brand captions and perform hashtag research • Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailer Lite, Convert Kit, or Flodesk • Create welcome sequences, event reminders, and broadcast emails • Design marketing content for events, newsletters, and social media using Canva • Support podcast production: editing, uploading, show notes, and audiogram creation • Distribute episodes to podcast platforms and promote across channels • Organize and maintain systems using Click Up, Google Drive, and Slack • Set up basic automations via Zapier or other platform-native tools What Were Looking For • Experience in content creation and social media management • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign setup • Proficient in Canva, Click Up, and podcast platforms (Buzzsprout, Anchor, or similar) • Strong writing and communication skills • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented • Able to give daily updates via Slack or Click Up • Comfortable using Loom for process walkthroughs • Positive, service-oriented attitude with the ability to anticipate needs Why Work With Us • Opportunity to be part of a meaningful, creative brand • Long-term potential for growth • Supportive and collaborative team environment To Apply: Submit your resume, a brief note about why you're a great fit, and examples of your past content work (social media posts, podcast support, or email campaigns, if available). #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
