Compensation package: Commensurate based on bi-weekly average course sales (40% net on Udemy, Coursera and other platforms)) and client acquisition ($100/client)

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant / Brand Ambassador who is organized, creative, and enthusiastic about mental health to join our mission of spreading awareness and healing through impactful content and online programs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support including email management, scheduling, and basic data entry
· Assist in the planning, design, and development of online mental health courses and digital resources
· Act as a brand ambassador on social media, engaging with our audience and promoting our values
· Coordinate with therapists, coaches, and wellness experts to gather content and feedback
· Monitor course engagement analytics and suggest improvements
· Help manage community groups and foster a supportive, positive online environment
· Contribute to blog posts, newsletters, and other content initiatives aligned with our brand message
· Package content provided by corporate into digestible and organized material related to mental health modalities (CBT/DBT/NLP)
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
· A genuine passion for mental health, personal development, and emotional resilience
· Experience in virtual assistance, course creation, or digital content coordination
· Strong communication and writing skills
· Comfort working with platforms like Canva, Kajabi/Teachable, Google Workspace, and social media
· Creativity, attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude
· Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
