Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality Conversational AI and GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in test planning, execution, and automation, along with domain knowledge in customer service and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Develop comprehensive, clear, and professional Test Plans and Test Cases.
⢠Execute test cases across multiple environments to ensure consistent performance and functionality.
⢠Identify, document, and track defects using established defect management tools and processes.
⢠Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
⢠Apply QA automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
⢠Conduct thorough testing in the Conversational AI and Chatbot space, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
⢠Leverage knowledge of GenAI capabilities and apply best practices for Agentic AI Testing.
⢠Contribute insights to improve overall testing strategies and quality processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
⢠Proven experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing.
⢠Hands-on experience with at least one QA automation tool.
⢠Experience in Conversational AI / Chatbot testing is highly desirable.
⢠Strong exposure to the Customer Service domain.
⢠Awareness of the latest GenAI advancements and their application in AI-driven testing scenarios.
⢠Microsoft SQL proficiency in writing queries to support backend testing/validation
⢠Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
