Virtual Assistant (Approx. 5 hrs/week, with growth potential)
I’m looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support me with admin and marketing tasks for approx. 5 hours per week (with room to grow).
What you’ll be doing
• Managing data entry and ad-hoc admin support
• Scheduling Klaviyo emails (copy provided). Assets designed by you in Canva using brand guidelines.
• Sending weekly podcast emails and a monthly newsletter to my list
• Assisting with Facebook ad creatives/design (basic Canva or similar tools)
• Supporting with eBook creation or updates as needed
• Working to a marketing calendar — managing timelines for sales periods, promotions, and challenges
• Proactively drafting/scheduling supportive emails around launches and key sales events
• General VA tasks that keep things running smoothly
Ideal skills & experience
• Excellent written and spoken English (must be confident drafting and polishing copy)
• Experience with Klaviyo (email scheduling + list management)
• Familiarity with Canva or similar for designing simple graphics/ads
• Comfortable managing a marketing calendar and working ahead of deadlines
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Bonus: experience with Facebook Ads Manager, podcast processes, or digital product launches

I’m a Clinical Nutritionist and entrepreneur running multiple projects including a podcast, coaching programs, and digital products. My brand is growing fast, and I need a VA who can help me stay organised and consistent while adding polish to client-facing communications.
What I’m looking for
• Someone who can work independently and proactively, not just wait for tasks
• Detail-oriented and able to manage recurring and project-based tasks
• Excited to contribute ideas, streamline processes, and grow with the role
• Approx. 5 hrs/week to start, with potential to increase as responsibilities expand
