Remote Client Support Specialist

What You'll Be Doing
Respond to client questions through email, phone, and messaging platforms
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and service-related requests
Share accurate, easy-to-understand information based on client needs
Maintain clear and organized client records
Follow up to ensure tasks are completed and clients feel supported
Use internal tools and systems to manage daily responsibilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and well organized
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Open to learning new systems and workflows
• Professional, consistent, and client-focused
Experience in customer service, admin support, hospitality, or retail is helpful but not required.
