Virtual Assistant and French-speaking Call Center Agent

Summary
Do you speak fluent French? Are you comfortable on the phone and enjoy interacting with clients?
We are looking for virtual assistants/telemarketers to make calls to prospects, scheduling and confirming appointments for our fitness centers and gyms located in France.
Your Responsibilities:
Follow up with prospects for our clients (fitness centers) to schedule/confirm discovery appointments.
Increase prospect attendance at appointments by communicating in a persuasive, personalized, and professional manner.
Use our tools for phone follow-ups and to track statistics and performance.
No cold callings/Sales calls
Position Requirements:
Perfect mastery of spoken French (minimal accent) and written French, with the ability to engage naturally and effectively.
Experience in teleprospecting and/or sales follow-ups.
Autonomy and professionalism: You are thorough, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
A reliable and stable internet connection.
What We Offer:

Compensation:
Base pay between $6 and $9/hour.
Performance bonuses: up to $1 for each appointments showed
Schedule: 6 hours per day with breaks (morning/midday/evening), Paris time.
100% remote work.
Contract: Freelance.
