Assist dispatchers with load booking, tracking, and check calls to keep our drivers moving.
Support recruiters by screening truck driver candidates, verifying documents, and scheduling follow-ups.
Process applications using platforms like Breezy and Tenstreet for seamless recruitment workflows.
Communicate professionally with drivers, brokers, and team members via phone, text, and email.
Maintain accurate records, update spreadsheets, and manage compliance files in our CRM systems.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Preferred Platforms and Tools:
Load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) for sourcing freight.
Tenstreet and driver onboarding tools for recruitment processes.
CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) for managing leads and data.
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for documentation and collaboration.
Communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Voice, WhatsApp) for team and driver interactions.
Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software for data tracking.
Ring Central, Dial Pad, etc
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dispatching or driver recruiting is preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
