Virtual Assistant 5 Hours per Week (IC-HR)

Key Responsibilities
Check voicemail multiple times a day and call back within appropriate time
Send intake form via email
Schedule clients
Organize files in Google Drive
Send follow up emails as needed
Send reminders
Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
Platforms:
Google Suite
Requirements
Knowledge / experience with a clinical psychologist (a plus)
Bilingual, English and Spanish (a plus)
High emotional intelligence
Very professional
Good grammar and ability to write
Intuitively organized
Detail oriented
Self-starter
5 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
