Virtual Airline HR & Recruitment Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Airline HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Airport Jobs. Key Responsibilities
ā¢ * Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the virtual airline.
ā¢ * Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
ā¢ * Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
ā¢ * Assist in creating and enforcing company HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.
ā¢ * Foster a positive work culture by organizing virtual team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
ā¢ * Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and conflict resolution.

ā¢ Required Skills and Qualifications
ā¢ * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
ā¢ * Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote or airline-related environment.
ā¢ * Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
ā¢ * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and employees.
ā¢ * Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and virtual collaboration tools.
ā¢ * Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
ā¢ * Experience in virtual workforce management is a plus.

ā¢ * Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
ā¢ * Experience in remote hiring and virtual HR management is highly desirable.
ā¢ * Previous experience in the aviation or airline industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

ā¢ * Flexible working hours based on business needs.
ā¢ * Typically Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or evening hours depending on recruitment cycles and operational requirements.
