Virtual Assistant – Marketing, Branding & GoHighLevel Support
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our two home care agency brands with marketing, design, and CRM management. You’ll work directly with our CEO on special projects and help keep our branding consistent across all materials.
What You’ll Do:
- Design business cards, flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and ads in Canva.
- Manage and update GoHighLevel: build funnels, websites, automations, surveys, and forms.
- Input and organize marketing contacts into the CRM.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and ad creatives.
- Keep all designs and assets on-brand.
- Complete special projects assigned by the CEO.
What We’re Looking For:
- Required: Canva design skills (portfolio), GoHighLevel experience (CRM, funnels, automations, forms).
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Experience creating print-ready materials.
Bonus Points For:
- Social media scheduling/ads experience.
- Knowledge of home care or service-based businesses.
