Im talking $60K-125K a year working out of your home office. If you find yourself being The BEST at whatever you do, Im speaking to you. Our company buys houses every month and in some cases we buy houses right overr the telephone. with homeowners who need a real solution to a real estate problem. You will be assisting the company in the acquisition of the property, working directly with sellers.
If you have what it takes, you will focus only on the 80/20, thats the 20% of activity that will give you 80% of your results. Your commute? Gone. Useless meetings? Gone.
Bureaucracy and sensitivity training? Not on our team. This place is different. Its awesome. Forget about being micromanaged. Attack the leads, nurture them, convert, and you will have the ultimate combination of freedom and income.
Responsibilities Virtual Acquisition Specialist:
Take phone calls that come in from our market channels
Speak to potential sellers and see if their house is something we want to buy Goon meetings with these sellers and see their house.
Follow up Follow up Follow up!!!
Put Deals under Contract!
Managing our Social Media Presence
Nurturing the Lead Pipeline
Implementing and overseeing a Review System
Exploring new opportunities within the Social Media Space
Taking on new tasks as needed
Skills of the Virtual Acquisition Specialist
Must be coachable but confident (MUST BE A LION!) able to take TOUGH FEEDBACK IS A MUST!
Outstanding interpersonal and sales skills both on the phone and in person
Must have think skin (LIKE A RHINO!) It takes 50 nos to get a YES!
Must be a self starter and self motivated.
Must have basic computer skills and be able to follow a proven process.
Must have a Whatever It Takes attitude!
Qualifications / Requirements for VAS:
? Previous Sales Experience recommended but not required
? Must have a drivers license and have a vehicle that is in decent shape.
? Must be in Myrtle Beach area this position requires you to live here.
? 4 year college degree preferred but not required
