Join BCD and challenge the status quo!VIP Travel ConsultantFull time, Indianapolis, Indiana, United StatesThis role is Hybrid: Mon-Tues remote and Wed-Thurs-Fri onsiteThe VIP Travel Consultant performs high-touch concierge service excellence to key client travelers and is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.). May include some after-hours support as needed. This position is located onsite in the client's offices in Indianapolis, Indiana. Work hours: 9am-6pm ET.The VIP Travel consultant is the primary point of contact for the executive level travelers and provides active travel consultation, including providing travel details and up-selling of related products.This position performs the job in a high touch manner and demonstrates an extensive understanding and applicability of all areas in the travel industry. Works independently on requests. Takes the initiative to provide assistance to team members and management as requested.As a VIP Travel Consultant, you willExpertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requestsSearch and confirm travel reservations for the customerStrong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customerFulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rulesMaintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supportedAbout youPrevious experience in the corporate travel management industryExperience in VIP travelWorking knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processesStrong skills in GDS SabreStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishYou will be required to work onsite in the client's offices in Indianapolis, Indiana full timeYou are available to work Full-Time: 8am-5pm ET Monday-FridayThis role is Hybrid: Mon-Tues remote and Wed-Thurs-Fri onsiteAbout us
