This role is fully remote and open to applicants in the Philippines. A paid test task will be part of the selection process.
Role Overview
You’ll be our go-to creative for producing dynamic video content—from high-converting ads to viral social media reels and brand-building YouTube content. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team and content strategists to bring our ideas to life through visual storytelling that engages and converts.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality, scroll-stopping video content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and paid advertising.
Repurpose raw footage into short-form and long-form content aligned with our brand voice.
Collaborate with the content team to develop creative concepts and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Organize and manage digital assets to ensure smooth workflows and easy access for the team.
Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and algorithm-friendly formats.
✅ Who We're Looking For (Essential Qualifications)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in professional video editing.
Strong portfolio showcasing mastery in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent tools.
Clear understanding of digital marketing and content trends.
Solid grasp of storytelling, pacing, branding, and emotional engagement through video.
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of their role and contributes ideas.
It would be a plus if you're in Bali and can do videography occasionally.
