Freight Broker – Remote (Chicago-Based) | 1099 | 20% Commission on Gross Profit Company Overview We’re hiring on behalf of a small, agile freight brokerage based in Chicago, IL, proudly in business since 2018. With a tight-knit team and a strong foundation, we’re growing our operation and looking for a motivated freight broker who’s ready to plug in and earn big. Position Overview We’re looking for a self-driven, experienced freight broker who thrives in a performance-based environment. This is a 1099 contractor position, fully remote, with uncapped earning potential. You’ll earn 20% of all gross profit you generate—no cap, no limits. If you can bring in freight, we’ll support you with everything else you need to move it.
