Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Products. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies, manage and oversee cross-functional teams, and drive product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, managing product lifecycle, and ensuring successful product launches and enhancements. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that advance the organization's mission.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Product Strategy and experience creating and executing successful product roadmaps.
• Proven skills in Product Management and Product Development, with the ability to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of products.
• Effective Cross-functional Team Leadership and collaboration capabilities to drive alignment and deliver results.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, customer feedback, and data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills and a track record of building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Product Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in leading product innovation within a mission-driven organization is a plus.
