Vice President, Demand Marketing - Fully remote (US)

As Vice President of Demand Marketing, you will lead the design and execution of a global demand generation strategy that drives measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. You will oversee a high-performing team managing Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, and account-based campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall Go-to-Market objectives. The role involves setting executive vision, optimizing multi-channel strategies, and establishing predictive forecasting to achieve both short-term and long-term growth goals. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, SDR, and RevOps teams to create a seamless GTM engine. This is a strategic leadership position, combining analytical rigor with creative execution, and requires a data-driven, results-oriented mindset to scale global marketing operations effectively. Accountabilities: • Define and execute the global Demand Marketing strategy, contributing to ambitious pipeline and revenue targets. • Own the end-to-end demand generation process, including global campaign strategy, lead capture, and revenue attribution. • Lead Digital Marketing initiatives, optimizing web presence, SEO, paid media, and overall marketing ROI. • Align cross-functional teams on GTM strategy, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and reporting. • Establish scalable processes and predictive forecasting models to support pipeline and revenue growth. • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing, distributed Demand Marketing team. • Drive innovation, data-driven optimization, and excellence across all demand generation efforts. Requirements: • Extensive executive-level experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with proven results in building global, data-driven marketing engines. • Expertise across Field Marketing, Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Paid Media), and integrated global campaigns. • Strong executive presence with the ability to operate at the ELT level and influence cross-functional stakeholders. • Analytical mindset with experience implementing multi-touch attribution models and tracking KPIs/OKRs. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging senior leadership. • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse, high-performing marketing teams.
