Vice President, Clinical Effectiveness - Remote

The Vice President, Clinical Effectiveness develops and leads initiatives to deliver high quality of care patient outcomes with the objective to surpass industry benchmarks and stakeholder expectations. This role leads clinical optimization efforts overseeing all phases from design, workflow, key performance indicators, change management processes, implementation, and adjustments as necessary to achieve defined success parameters.RequirementsTen years of progressive healthcare delivery leadership experience with direct oversight of clinical transformation, quality performance and/or patient outcomes improvement (Licensed Clinician preferred).Proven experience developing and scaling clinical transformation. At least five (5) years senior leadership experience in VP or higher role in fast paced dynamic environment. Five (5) years health informatics experience. (preferred)Master’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (PhD, DNP, etc.)Solid understanding of the healthcare landscape, current trends, competitive forces, and regulations impacting the marketplace.Proven transformative leadership experience developing strategic quality, safety, and patient outcome improvement initiatives which align with business goals, timelines and budget.Ability to translate clinical and professional service opportunities into tangible revenue growth and valueProven change management leadership experience related to quality, safety, and improved patient outcomes.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills; demonstrated flexibility and ability to work with and engage all levels of an organization.Proven experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet organization goals.Proficiency in identifying operational issues, recommending, and implementing strategies to resolve problems inclusive of short-term tactical actions and long-term strategic plans.Successful history of implementing large, national scale projects with ability to structure, format and lead small to large multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve objectives; proven ability to keep projects on track and moving towards goalsProficient influencing skills with established success garnering support of executive level decision-makers and front line staffExceptional analytic skills.
