Recruiter - Executive Talent (Hybrid Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for external candidates for hospital leadership positions and executive development program opportunities
- Market job opportunities on various media outlets
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track candidate data and build candidate pipelines
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews through various mediums
- Participate in strategy meetings with Regional Executive Leadership and provide regular updates
- Conduct research to verify candidate effectiveness and reputation
- Advise hiring managers on selection decisions based on interview feedback and references
- Prepare salary recommendations and negotiate executive compensation packages
- Successfully negotiate job offers with selected candidates
- Communicate rejection news with a customer service approach
- Attend and coordinate graduate school conferences and job fairs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of Business or Health Care Administration, HR or I/O Psychology preferred
- Master's degree in related field preferred
- At least 4 years of search firm, corporate recruiting, sales or HR experience required
- Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
- Experience with an ATS system and preferably a CRM system
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Products preferred
- Knowledge of Human Resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a related field
- Previous experience in healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Familiarity with Human Resource policies and regulations
