Job Description:As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with prospective customers through phone and digital channels, helping them understand and choose the best Verizon products and services to meet their needs. Your ability to build trust, listen actively, and match customer preferences with the right solutions will be key to your success. You'll be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals while contributing to a supportive and diverse team culture.

Responsibilities:


Initiate and manage outbound and inbound sales conversations via phone, email, and chat.


Understand customer needs and recommend Verizon’s wireless, internet, and connected device solutions.


Use CRM tools to track leads, interactions, and sales opportunities.


Build strong relationships by demonstrating product knowledge and responsiveness.


Meet or exceed individual and team-based sales metrics and KPIs.


Collaborate with peers and leadership to enhance performance and customer experience.

Requirements:


High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.


Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is a plus.


Strong communication skills and ability to persuade effectively.


Comfortable using computers, CRM platforms, and multitasking in real-time.


Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
